What I do
After starting my first business as a teenager, I'm a serial entrepreneur. I've experienced the whole entrepreneurial rollercoaster from failure to successful exit. I started investing in 2015 and founded an angel syndicate in 2021. I'm now the founder of AI education platform Espresso AI and on a mission to close the AI literacy gap.
Alongside my husband, we operate businesses across media, tech, AI and digital infrastructure.
Most importantly, I have two young children - and after a lot of work, I've created a system for myself that enables me to have it all without doing it all. My children are my priority and my life is for living - I've worked hard to build businesses that enable me to work term-time only. It is the dream.

MY STORY
I grew up believing that the harder you worked the more money you made. As a result, I've had a job or a business since the day I turned 13. 21 years later I've worked out that there are actually smarter ways to make money. I've learnt that knowledge is power, leverage is the measure of success and that really, we just need to keep it simple.
I didn’t always have this business: the freedom, the income, the knowledge, the audience. In my 18 years of running businesses, I've had two devastating failures, two go OK, one doing pretty well and one exit. It's been a mixed bag and a lot of trial and error. It also means I've learnt a lot - what has worked, what's working now and what definitely doesn't.
The wins and the successes are great but it's the failures that have really taught me something. Without them, I wouldn't be here"
Until three years ago, I firmly believed that I just needed to work harder and longer hours to make more money. I *thought* I was doing all the right things, hiring people, going to events, networking... but really I was a busy fool. I had zero leverage. All my time was traded for money and nothing was scalable. I was overcomplicating everything and I was very good at it.
Then in 2022 I had a life-changing conversation with my coach and I realised that I don't want to be remembered as someone who was too busy to actually enjoy their life. The irony was I knew what I needed to do. I had the skills and a lot of the knowledge and I was even sharing it with other businesses - I just wasn't using it myself.

I started implementing systems and automations across all areas of my life. I had one goal - to create as much leverage as possible, removing myself as the bottleneck and create as much scalable income as possible.
HOW I WANT TO BE REMEMBERED
I don't want my children to remember me as someone who was always too busy. I don't want them to think of me as glued to my phone, worried, tired, stressed or that I didn't look after myself. I want them to realise one day what I have built and think, "wow she was super smart". I want to use technology to the fullest of its potential to create smart, scalable and profitable systems. I want to build wealth in a way that doesn't come at an unbearable cost to my physical and mental health and I want to be able to give back and pay it forward for the next generation. In the end, I want to be an old, wise, Italian Nonna. And I want to enjoy it all.
